Convenient Pickup, Delivery and Storage

Our professional staff will arrive at your property appropriately outfitted with special bags, tags and tools, and be ready to assist you in gathering  an emergency order for each household member, which we will work diligently to return to you as quickly as possible (in most cases, within 24-48 hours of the pick-up).

Because you may have special occasion needs while your order is in process, we will review your calendar so we can ensure that you have certain items when you need them. We will also guide and assist you in segregating a change-of-season wardrobe that can be prepared and ready for delivery when needed, in the event your home’s repairs will extend past the current season.

We recommend you not attempt to accept full delivery of your order until your property is fully prepared to receive it. What that means is you’ll want to make sure the clean up/remediation has been completed, all reconstruction has been finished, the closets have been painted and the clothing rods and shelves reinstalled and window treatment hardware has been reinstalled and that all areas which customarily host your belongings are cleaned, prepared and ready to go! We understand the process can take time and provide storage in our  secure, climate-controlled warehouse or  we can deliver your order to a storage facility nearer to your residence and provide commercial grade garment racks with your insurance carrier’s approval.

Warehouse and plant visits are welcome, but please remember to call ahead to schedule an appointment so our team members can be available to guide and assist you.
